Paddle Yoga and Lessons
This class is perfect for bachelorette parties, church groups, birthdays, team building, corporate parties.
Our SUP Yoga classes taught by Megan Hensley a certified SUP Yoga instructor with many years of experience and designed to meet any level of fitness or experience when it comes to Paddle or Yoga. The limit for each class is 8 people and the age requirement is 13 years old.
SUP Yoga begins on the beach where we show the basics of paddle technique before we get on the water together. After we paddle out, the yoga portion begins with gentle stretches in seated postures. The flow will incorporate standing poses to offer a bit more challenge and to improve our balance, strength and alignment. You will soak in the benefits of your practice in reclined postures and end in a sweet Savasana submersed in nature and sun.
Take your Sun Salutations onto the board and they become fresh, fun, and adventurous!
